I had a fantastic time at this hotel, mainly due to the incredible service provided by Federico, who was so dedicated and really made my stay enjoyable. The entire staff was kind and attentive, which added to the overall experience. The only downside was that while everything else was great, I felt some minor areas could use a little more attention to detail.
